Completely new, unused and in pristine condition. May include original tags, dust bag and packaging.

Superior quality with minor imperfections that don't affect functionality.

Great quality with some visible wear but still in excellent condition.

Rank B - Good Condition
Good condition with noticeable signs of use but fully functional.

Fair condition with significant wear but still usable.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Coach bags authentic?
Yes. All Coach bags are carefully sourced and inspected before listing. If by any chance the bag is proven fake by a professional, we'll refund your money fully upon returning the bag.
How do I know the condition of an item?
All items are preloved or vintage, so signs of wear are expected and part of their story. Each listing includes detailed photos and notes on the condition. We encourage you to review everything carefully and message us if you need more details.
Do you offer layaway plans?

Do you have a return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and preloved items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you’re fully decided before purchasing.
How long does shipment take?
We ship via J&T Express.
Orders within Metro Manilatypically arrive within 1–2 business days, while provincial areas may take 3–7 business days.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship via DHL and buyers from USA or CANADA can checkout here in the website directly. If you are located outside these areas, kindly DM our instagram so we can assist you further.
Do you buy bags?
At this time, we don’t purchase bags. Frances Co Studio is a space for curated vintage finds and personal preloved pieces only.
